Allow use of Durus client/server within SchevoDurus

Rather than only allowing single-process local file storage when using the SchevoDurus backend, also allow the use of Durus client/server capabilities.

We need to look at potential pitfalls with this, including but not limited to

• transaction serialization for transaction executions that overlap in time
• collision detection, and how to resolve collisions when they occur
